Learner Outcomes: Identify the structures of humility that can be practiced in healthcare settings. Explain the benefits of practicing humility behaviors, forces and barriers in a healthcare setting. Describe the research needs related to humility in healthcare. Nora Zinan, DNP, MSPH, AHN is an Advanced Holistic Nurse and Certified Aromatherapist who has been teaching about essential oils for 8 years. She has taught at local libraries, community centers and has appeared on Mass Appeal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdSheph_Ib8. Since being introduced to the power of essential oils and plant medicine, Nora’s mission has become to keep people well and out of hospitals if possible. She recognizes the value of western medicine, but teaches that it works better when combined with natural support for your body’s own healing abilities. Dr. Zinan is a retired professor of nursing education and is currently a school nurse. Note: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
