AIA Inclusivity Statement

The Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA) is a welcoming organization and open to aromatic enthusiasts and practitioners of all levels, from novice to advanced aromatherapy practitioners across the globe.

As an international organization, AIA strives to foster an inclusive environment that recognizes and appreciates the contributions and supports the advancement of all members, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, religion, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability. We believe that an inclusive environment enhances the quality of healthcare, improves clinical/community relations, and positively affects the health status of society around the world.

We appreciate the benefits that diversity brings to our organization. We see immense value and importance in being inclusive and in sharing experience, inspiration, vision, empowerment, and the understanding of how Aromatherapy is approached by diverse populations/communities.
