About the Teleconference:
Aromatherapy can be a truly holistic practice where we not only address the physical issues but also aid in supporting the mental and emotional natures of our clients. When addressing any health concern for a person of any age, it is vital to gather as much information as possible, especially when dealing with children. The intake process takes time. It becomes more than a provided diagnosis; it requires learning about many facets of the young person's life and occasionally the lives of the parents. This holds true even with skin conditions.
- What information is needed and how does one attain it?
- Where does one gather information concerning common "quality" products?
- How can that information be shared?
- Why is information about other facets of ones life important in the big picture?
- When shall the applications be applied?
- Who is in charge of compliance and is it feasible to add one more thing to a busy life?
Meet Cynthia Loving
Cynthia is owner of LovingScents, an international instructor in Clinical Aromatherapy and a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (NC1397)
with a private practice in Greensboro, North Carolina specializing in integrative therapies. She was first introduced to Aromatherapy in the
mid 1980s. She graduated into advanced studies in 1990, and has been teaching this modality since 1995. Cynthia continues to serve as an Aromatherapy Instructor and consultant to businesses, hospitals, long
term care facilities, a wide range of health care providers, educators, spiritual leaders and lay persons.
Cynthia has a background in Cross-Cultural Healing, complementary health care, mental health, mental retardation, public speaking, personal growth seminars, and governmental lobbying.
